Reliability Engineer

About The Position
The Quality & Reliability team in Innoviz is coping with all aspects related to the quality & reliability of LIDAR sensor for the autonomous automotive world. Our challenge is to embed quality culture while meeting the most demanding automotive quality and reliability standards. We are looking for a talented Reliability Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Leading E2E product reliability activities
- Reliability analysis / prediction
- Preparing quality and reliability management plan
- Defining the engineering and design validation test plans
- Performing Lesson learning activities
- Performing and managing DFMEA activities
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical or Mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, experience in automotive or airspace industry is an advantage
- Statistical knowledge
- CRE
- Green / Black belt
- DFSS methodology skills
- Knowledge in FMEA / FTA, DFR methodologies
- Knowledge with FRACAS management tool
- Knowledge in physics of failure
- The reliability engineer should be familiar in-depth with the following standard
- MIL STD810, MIL STD 833, MLI HDBK344, MIL STD 202
- Standards of IEC60068; IEC60529; family
- Standards of ISO 16750 family
- Standards of AECQ family
